Noticed the 1st ingredient in the recipe is "Fluid extract of Coca" according to Wikipedia ...
coca is - Coca (Erythroxylum coca) is a plant in the family Erythroxylaceae, native to western South America. The plant plays a significant role in traditional Andean culture. Coca is best known throughout the world because of its alkaloids, which include cocaine, a powerful stimulant.

But according to Gizmodo, the fluid of Coca is actually free of cocaine as such :-"fluid extract of coca (which is coca leaves stripped of cocaine)."

Now that we know one of the ingredient used in the recipe are derived from cocaine plant. The ultimate question would be, does coca cola contains addictive substance or not?
