Flash flood in KL after heavy rain!

6:00 pm - after a heavy downpour in KL, the whole of Jalan Tun Razak seems to be turned into a parking lot. This is due to the flood in front of IJN/National library.

This is how that scretch looked like from high up above.


According to a tweet its saying @NiniNell Do not use Jln Tun Razak!! Flooded! (Location : in front of IJN)



This is how bad it looks like from ground level.

Does this means we needed more smart tunnels already?
