Ahbeng New Toy - Sony Alpha a200 DSLR

I been comparing few DSLR recently, my target is below 2k mia la .... so i got a few choices.

The battle is between :

  1. Canon EOS1000D
  2. Olympus 500d
  3. Nikon D40
  4. Sony Alpha 200 (Ex Minolta)

After Lengthy consideration (like 2 minits) I decided on Sony Alpha 200. Part of the reason is that I m using an old skool Minolta dslr for a few years ledi and its still werking fine. Others would be non motorised lens (cheaper mah!) Lotsa seconda hand minolta lens available in the market also, positip rebiu from current users and the lens also quite a favorable lens prefered by most of the Sony Alpha 200 fans out there.

Most important factor would be the plice also la .... at RM1,699.00 its a great bargain! Whats in the package?

  10. Hi, you are just like my hubby. Decide within minutes and bought Sony Alpha 200. Soon, you will decide on more accessories to add, just like my hubby who recently bought macro lens and ring light. Haha! I totally agree with you that it's the best deal ever from Sony.
