Another post on China's Exotic food, this time our main dish is Special Deep Fried white meat.

For those who do not know what is White Meat, here is some infos on white meat ;

WHITE MEAT

White meat refers to any light-colored meat, such as fish, seafood, and particularly poultry. However, in a broader sense, it includes any of the meats that are considered to be less fatty compared to red meats.

The term "white meat" comes from the fact that the meat of chicken is white in color. Examples of white meat are animal proteins derived from birds (chicken, turkey, duck, pheasant, etc.), fish, reptiles (alligator meat), amphibians (frogs' legs), crustaceans (lobster, shrimp, crab) or bivalves (oysters, clams, mussels).

Even those that are red, or reddish-colored, such as salmon, red snapper, or cooked lobsters and shrimp are not red meat; instead they are called White meat, or lean meat. Conversely meat that turns white when cooked, like pork, is not white meat despite advertisements from the pork industry claiming so (however some cuts can be comparable in calories to chicken).

Special Deep Fried White Meat :

To some this might looks like a normal chicken drumstick, taste like one too!! Not to mention its bloody tasty.

This is the rest of the "white meat" deep fried and even comes with some sorta seasoning powder of some sort.

Closeup, taste better than chicken! looks like chiken! but what exactly it this???

Then you go to the kitchen yourself to check it out! In the kitchen this is what you saw :

You saw a guy chopping them up of what seems to looks like a headless chicken right? so nothing is wrong here ...

He then marinate it with some spices and soya sos and chilis

And a few minutes later the "chicken" were deep fried .... so everything is normal rite? nothing is wrong what right anot?

WRONG!!!

They use fire to removes all the hair/furs from the rat's body revealing the white-ish skin
