How to go to The Federal Hotel

The Federal Kuala Lumpur is located in the heart of the Kuala Lumpur city, surrounded by eight of the city’s most popular shopping malls. Adjacent to bbpark and Plaza Low Yat, the technology lifestyle shopping mall (or popularly known as the KL IT Speciality Shopping Centre) is right next door. The Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) is only 1-hour drive or 70km away from the Hotel. 15 minutes from the Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station, and other transportation services such as Light Rail Transit (LRT) and KL Monorail stations are just within walking distance.

Private Transport
If you are coming by your own car, motorcycle, bus, lorry, van, scooter, vespa or even kap chai, you can choose to park in Low Yat Plaza which’s beside Federal Hotel.

Attached is the area map of Bukit Bintang which’s the heart of Kuala Lumpur and the blue circle is where Federal Hotel’s located.

If let say you’ve parked in Low Yat, and still dunno where’s Federal Hotel, what you need to do is go to Ground Floor, and then head towards the main gate with Jockey Parking, and turn to your left. Tada!!! You can see Federal Hotel is just right infront of you!!

Public Transport
If you don’t have your own car, motorcycle, bus, lorry, van, scooter, vespa or even kap chai. Dun worry, Federal Hotel is easily accessible via public transport.

I belif that Malaysia most used public transport nowadays will be Star LRT and
Putra Lrt.

Star LRT
As for those fler who are taking Star, please go to Hang Tuah Station, and then when you walk up the stair, turn to your right. You’ve got two option;

1st one will be taking Monorail Hang Tuah and go down at Monorail Imbi(infront of Berjaya Times Square). Go to the opposite of the road, and walk straight and you can see Low Yat Plaza right infront of you. Go find the main gate, beside the main gate will be Federal Hotel!

2nd Option is if you wanna exercise your leg more, go all the way straight after you’ve turn right at Hang Tuah Star Main Gate, and then cross to opposite road using Monorail Imbi station(We dern wan to be responsible if anyone of you fly sky high when crossing road manually). Walk all the way straight to Low Yat main gate and Federal is just beside it.

Putra LRT
As for those fler who are taking Putra LRT, you got 3 options;

1st one will be taking Putra all the way to KL Sentral Station, and then change it to Monorail and go down at Monorail Imbi(infront of Berjaya Times Square), cross to the opposite and walk all the way straight up to Low Yat Plaza main gate, Federal Hotel will be just right beside it.(most recommended)

2nd one will be taking Putra all the way to Masjid Jamek station, then from there take Star LRT and go to Hang Tuah Station, and then go up to the main gate and turn right, take Monorail Hang Tuah and go to Monorail Imbi, cross the street, walk all the way straight to Low Yat Plaza main gate, Federal Hotel is right beside it. (least recommended)

3rd one will be taking Putra all the way to Masjid Jamek station, then from there take Star LRT and go to Hang Tuah Station, and then go up to the main gate and turn right, go all the way straight, cross the road using Monorail Imbi station, then go all the way straight, then reach Low Yat Plaza main gate, Federal Hotel is just right beside it. (most not recommended, budden if you wanna exercise and you got so much stamina then nvm, but if you just wanna be so 7 stingy and you complain so much after that…let the sky keep you la!)
