Race Queen From Japan GT Malaysia 2010

Knowing how difficult it is to gain media pass for this event i normally would not event wanna apply for one (prolly my fetish for japs chicks is slowly deminishing too lol!) but upon learning that this could be the last round of Japan GT in Malaysia ... now that is an entirely different story altogether. Needless to say i got my Media pass to shoot at Japan GT 2010 but the results was far from satisfying i would say.

The amount of "photographers" were enormous! (they charging RM100 for a pitwalk pass which enables you to go to the pitwalk for about 40 minutes) and you can see all types of "photographers" there! You got the handphone photographers who snapping photos of the japanese race queen with their handphones! I so wonder .. what kinda images that they wish to achieve with their handphone camera?

Then there is the compact and prosumer photographers, even the track marshalls are they to block your view and to take photos of the race queens! Arent the marshall should be on duty or something?

Enuff craps ... time to show some cleavage! ops ... i mean photos! LOL!

Sony Alpha NEX3 ISO Performance

While us Malaysian is still eagerly awaiting the availability of our Pre-booked NEX3 and NEX5, some of the fortunately users around the world is already producing stunning images from this camera. I personally saw some foreigners using the NEX5 at Japan GT Malaysia round to take photos at the paddocks.



So to those of you who would wonders what kinda capability this little wonders have, here is a sample photos i took from the Sony NEX3 and NEX5 pre-launch media/pro-photographers evaluation session organised by Sony Malaysia at their HQ in Mid Valley on May 2010. All photographs in this article were taken with either NEX3 or NEX5 camera.

NEX3 came in 4 differen types of colors, namely black, white, red and light blue.

from the left : E 18-55mm F/3.5-5.6 zoom (SEL1855) , E 16mm F/2.8 (pancake lens), E 18-200mm F/3.5-6.3, Fisheye converter, & mic boom extension.

The first thing i noticed about the NEX3 i been testing is how clean the iso is for a unit as small as this. So much so that i decided to do few similar shots under Aperture mode in different ISO so to show how suerb is this little wonder in its noise handling. All photos are not editing, only resize. I would recommend that you click on each image so you could see how great is the NEX3 noise handling ability are. Honestly I m impressed! the noise handling on this little marvel far surpass the ability of my A550.

FXopen 1Malaysia Drift Series 2010

Initial D lovers will go crazy over real drift scene in Malaysia! If you dunt know yet, yes we do have lotsa drift championship in Malaysia itself and FXopen is one of them, the other famus one would be Good Year Drift and Formula Drift.

I been watching Charmaine Sheh (TVB Actress) acting for a long long time and I can consider myself as one of her fan (not the die hard stalker type tho) but yea i liked her long long edi, knowing that i would be given a chance to shoot her in real life is just like a lifetime dream coming true :)
